About Coffee Solutions

Coffee Solutions is a small, vibrant company with a passion for coffee. Based at the foot of Binevenagh Mountain in Limavady, Northern Ireland, Coffee Solutions is headed up by Neville Scott, a local entrepreneur who gained extensive experience in the coffee trade working for one of Ireland's largest distributors of coffee.

Neville set up independently in 2001 and since then has built up a wide customer base across Northern Ireland and the North West including counties Donegal and Sligo. Providing chiefly to the professional market Coffee Solutions sells, maintains and repairs coffee machines, as well as coffee and coffee accessories.

Our passion is coffee and this is why we have carefully chosen the coffee brands we sell. Our brands of choice are JavaOne (coffee pods), Global Grounds Gourmet Coffee and Molinari (Italy), both medium roast coffees and Miscela d'Oro a dark roast coffee.

Why MOLINARI?
We are often asked why we choose to sell Molinari coffee.

We could sit around all day talking about the fabulous taste and the wonderful aromas and flavours of our favourite Italian coffee. They have a fantastic range too with Cinque Stella, Oro, Espresso and Classico ranges. Effectively they cover the combined offerings of both Illy and Lavazza, providing you with a wider range to choose from.

But it's also the technology. Molinari has developed packaging methodology in their Cinque Stella range which is matched only by Illy. The packaging is better than vacuum packaging, single direction value packets and airtight containers. This is because Cinque Stella is hermetically sealed in containers that preserve product freshness for 3 years, prohibiting gaseous dispersion of natural aromas and risk of oxidation. The tins are 100% stainless steel, sealed using maximum hygiene standards and use a pressure limiter value to connect direct to the grinder so the pressure in the tin is maintained right up until you turn on the grinder. Molinari hasn't stopped there either and now provide coffee pods in aluminium sachets and machine adjusters for espresso machines. Molinari innovation in technological advances means that the coffee stays fresher for longer periods and this is matched only by one other competitor at the time of writing this.

There's also the Italian factor of course. Good coffee is inextricably linked with Italy. Modena is an iconic city with its Ferrari, Maserati and Lamborghini associations. Products from Modena pick up on this aura of quality and use it to their advantage.
