Molinari coffee blends
are the result of a continuous search for quality. The Molinari
house makes use of state-of-the-art technology:
- each batch of coffee received undergoes chemical-hygenic
analysis;
- each batch of coffee produced is submitted to organoleptic
tests of taste, flavour and aroma;
- the roasting process is completely computerised, and the
product is air cooled;
- the beans are electronically selected;
- colour controls on the roasting quality are made on every
batch;
- each batch is precisely marked for production control
identification.

The Molinari tin
is used to package the Cinque Stella range and is renowed
for its ability to preserve the natural aromas of the
coffee and defer ageing.

- hermetically sealed preserving product freshness
for 3 years from date of packaging
- a pressure limiter value on the tin
- container can be inserted directly onto the measurer
grinder, which eliminates loss of aroma
- maximum hygiene is ensured during the packing process
- it is estimated that 1.5 litres of aromatic substances
in the 250g canister and 15 litres in the 3kg tin
surround the ground coffee preserving it from ageing
